Wanda Wells Obituary

Ludowici – Wanda Ellen Wells, 83, died Tuesday, August 31, 2021, under the care of her family and GHC Hospice. Born in Warsaw, IN, she lived in Florida before returning to Long County in 2000. She was a retired school bus driver after 30 years for Pasco County, FL, and Chatham County. She was a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Long County and preceded in death by her husband, Wendell Wells.

Survivors are her daughters and son-in-law, Debbie and John Lloyd Bradley of Hinesville, Lisa Wells of St. Marys, and Kim Wells of Ludowici; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Sally Ricks of Ludowici; 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 2, from 4-6 PM at Howard Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Brooksville, FL.

Remembrances are suggested to Grace Missionary Baptist Church, 136 Grace Baptist Church Rd, NE, Ludowici, GA 31316.
