Hinesville – Toni Ruth Keenan, 78, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, in Hinesville. Born in Ft. Benning, GA, she lived most of her life in Colorado, moving to Liberty County in 2020, and was a retired loan officer from Vectra Bank in Colorado. She volunteered with the Adams County, CO Animal Services and was named volunteer of the year. Toni was a lover and rescuer of animals, particularly older ones, and was a devoted mother who cherished time spent with her children and extended family. She was a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church in Derby, KS, and was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Keenen, and stepdaughter, Megan Keenan.
Survivors are her daughters, Joanne Guthrie (Steve) of Colorado Springs, CO, and Cindy Cole (James) of Ludowici; son, Brian Mangum (Julie) of North Glenn, CO; stepdaughter, Kellie Hickman of Tyler, TX; sister, Billy Landes (Marvin) of Lenexa, KS; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
