Thomas Walker

Ludowici – Thomas Walker, 75, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024, at his home.  Born in Aiken, SC, he grew up in New York and lived in Long County for the past 20 years.  He was medically retired from the US Marines and received the Purple Heart from injuries sustained while serving in Vietnam.  He went on to work as a recreation counselor for Children's Village in Dobbs Ferry, NY, worked for IBM, and retired as a computer analyst.

Funeral services will be Sunday, February 18 at 2 PM in the chapel of Howard Funeral Home with his sister, Rev. Rebekah Kinard officiating.
