Ludowici – Therese Aguon, 55, died Friday, May 17, 20241, at St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital in Savannah. Born in Guam, she traveled while following her husband during his military career, settling in Long County in 2017. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished time spent with her family. She was a Christian and was preceded in death by her sons, Isaiah Aguon and Bradley Aguon, and a brother, Peter Paul Quinata.
Survivors are her husband, George Aguon of Ludowici; daughters, Georgette Bollin of Memphis, TN, and Georgina Aguon (Tanner Knoblicch) of Charlotte, NC; sons, Joseph Aguon and Leo Aguon of Hinesville, Noah Aguon (fiance’, Elizabeth) of Lackland AFB, TX, Luke Aguon and Ethan Aguon of Ludowici; sisters, Jocelyn Quinata and Roasnne Quinata of Guam; brothers, Jesse Quinata and Joey Quinata also of Guam; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 22, at 1 PM at Howard Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Smith officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 12-1 PM before the service.
