Thelma Ryals Obituary
Townsend – Thelma L. Ryals, 89, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Bayview Nursing Home in Nahunta. She was a native and lifelong resident of McIntosh County. A homemaker, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and a member of Darien Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eunice Ryals.
Survivors are her daughters and son-in-law, Linda Strickland, Patty and Mike Edenfield, and Dale Clark all of Townsend; son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Allison Gore of Townsend; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 25 at 11 AM at Davis Cemetery in McIntosh County with Rev. Danny Stilwell and Rev. Tommy Whaley officiating.
Family will receive friends at the cemetery 30 minutes prior to service.

Active pallbearers will be Miller Andrews, Albert Ryals, Billy, Keith, Charles, and Stacey Rowe.
