Darien – Teadie Delores Phillips, 58, died Wednesday, June 2, 2021, in Darien under the care of her family and Hospice of the Golden Isles. Born in Savannah, she was a lifelong resident of McIntosh County and a homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and an avid Atlanta Braves fan. She was a member of Youngs Island Community Church and preceded in death by her sisters, Estelle Denison, Susie Rowe, and brother, Donnie Wallace.
Survivors are her husband, Buddy Phillips of Darien; daughter, Jesse Trimming (Clarence) of Darien; sons, Joey Phillips of Crescent, Josh Phillips (Chelsea) and Rocky Phillips of Darien; sisters, Nita Huggins (Terry) of Statesboro, Connie Rowe (Tommy) and Daniel Wallace (Phyllis) of Townsend; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held by the family.
