Robert O. Smith, Jr.

Jesup – Robert Owen Smith, Jr., 37, passed away suddenly on December 11, 2022, in Jesup.  He was a native and lifelong resident of Jesup and he worked in remodeling and flooring, but could do it all.  He was a devoted family man and music lover, a member of Little Creek Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by his father, Robert O. Smith, Sr., and grandfather, James Harper, Sr.

Survivors are his daughter, Piper Jane Smith of Jesup; sons, Robert Smith, III of Palm Coast, FL, Elijah Smith of Purvis, MS, and Oakley Smith of Jesup; mother, Roxanne Harper of Jesup; sister, Billie Delutri of Jesup; brothers, Zachary Smith of Ridgeway, SC, Jason Priester, Darrell McCoy, Jaden Johnson (Hannah), Tyler Smith, Trenton Smith, and Skyler Delutri, all of Jesup; step-sister, Shanna Priester of Jesup; maternal grandmother, Margaret Harper of Picayune, MS.

Memorial services will be held by the family.
