Robert Covey

Ludowici – Robert Charles Covey, II, 75, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at his home under the care of his family and Georgia Hospice Care.  Born in South Haven, MI, he lived in Long County for the past 3 years.  He was a retired construction superintendent and a US Army veteran who operated ham radios for the military.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, riding his horses, and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. 

Survivors are his daughter, Christie Daw (Greg) of Ludowici; sisters, Betty of St. Joe, MI, and Rebecca of Sun City, FL; 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held.
