Jesup – Pamela G. “Pam” Hanks, 73, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.  Born in Brunswick, she grew up in Wayne County, where she lived most of her life.  She was the former owner of TLC Day Care in Jesup and was a Baptist.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Hanks, daughter, Traci Burkhalter, and parents, Roy and Thera Graham.

Survivors are her daughter, Marci Ogden of St. Paul, MN; brother, Michael Graham (Susan) of Jesup; grandchildren, Jacob Burkhalter, Jordan Burkhalter, Logan Graham, Bailey Fenn, Peyton Palmer, Melvin Palmer, and Pamela Palmer; 1great-grandchild, Emory Burkhalter; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 10, at 11 AM at Howard Funeral Home in Ludowici with Rev. Denny Waters and Rev. Pete Boyd officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Private burial will be in George Cemetery.
