Nena Doyle

Nena Doyle, 57, passed away Monday, February 26, 2024, at Hospice of Savannah.  Born in Elizabethtown, KY, she lived in Long County/Liberty County area for the last 30 years, moving from Liberty County.  She was a devoted mother who cherished time spent with family and was always the first to step in when a friend or family was needed.  She was a member of Emanuel Christian Church.

Survivors are her daughter, Chelsea Simpson of Savannah; sons, Chris Vantill of Highland, IN, Curtis Doyle of Ludowici, and Kerwin Schroeder, III (Elizabeth) of Hinesville; sister, Dawn Ratz of Ludowici; brother, Tim Williams (Kathy) of Crown Point, IN; 6 grandchildren (with one on the way), and several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, March 3, 2024, at Howard Funeral Home Chapel starting at 4:00 pm.
