Obituary
Hinesville – Nancy Jean Skaggs, 81, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023, under the care of her family and Hospice Savannah. Born in Detroit, MI, she lived in Hinesville the past 20 years. She was retired from Delco Electronics in Kokomo, IN with 30 years of service, and was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Rhinestone Rustlers Square Dance Club in Kokomo and enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family. She was a member of Gum Branch Baptist Church and was preceded in death by an infant brother and sister.
Survivors are her husband of 61 years, Everett Skaggs of Hinesville; daughter and son-in-law, Barbi Trinoskey and Ken of Hinesville; son, Kevin Skaggs and his former wife, Sheila Watson of New Pt. Richey, FL; grandchildren, Ken (Amy), Ryan, Tyler (Jessica), Steven, and Dakota (Meagan); great-grandchildren, Kimberlie, Bailee, Kayci, Harmony, Ashlynne “Silly Bird”, Cole, Tristen, Liam, Mary Grace, Haley, Audrey, Maple, Chloe, and a great-grandson due in July.
Burial will be in Indiana with local Memorial Services at a later date.
