Michelle (Gordon) Morris

Ludowici - Michelle Gordon Morris, 64, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, under the care of her family and Hospice of South Georgia.  A native of Long County, she lived there most of her life, and retired from the Long County School system.  She was a humble woman, devoted Christian, and loved the Lord.  Her grandkids and daughter were her world.  She would do anything she could to help anyone.  She was a very hard working, and independent woman who was thankful for all she had.  She was a jokester and would cut up with anyone.  She had her stubborn side and never backed down from what she thought was right.  If she loved you, you knew it; if she didn’t, you knew that too.  She will be deeply missed but we celebrate her life and the time we had with her.  She was preceded in death by her parents, AC and Mildred Gore Gordon; and siblings, Wanda Denmark, Larry Gordon, Dewey Lyle Gordon, Lanny Gordon, Vicky Gordon, and Marsha Gordon Corning.

Survivors are her daughter, Ashley Kennard (Scott) of Ludowici; grandchildren, Payton Kennard, Kaylee Kennard, and Cason Kennard; several nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins.
