Melody Lynn Baptiste

Ludowici – Melody Lynn Baptiste, 39, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020 as a result of an accident.  Born in Stratford, NJ, she had lived in Ludowici for two years.  She was a nurse’s aide having worked in a nursing home and private duty.  Melody lived life to its fullest, taking every opportunity presented to help others.  She was a loving mother, daughter, and friend and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Baptiste, Sr.

Survivors are her husband, Mark Duvall, Sr. of Ludowici; daughter, Aliyah Johnson of Maryland; sons, Mark Duvall, Jr., Anthony Duvall, and Jonathan Duvall, of Ludowici; mother, Debbie Baptiste of Ludowici; brother, Glenn Baptiste, Jr. of Arizona; close cousin, Gil Cedeno of Atlantic City, NJ.

Memorial services will be Friday, May 8 at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Brad Boynton officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services in the chapel.
