Marcia J. Futch

Ludowici – Marcia Jean Futch, 64, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Memorial Health in Savannah after a short illness.  She was born in Long County and lived there most of her life.  Marcia was a hair stylist working in several hair salons but mostly in her own shops, Virginia’s and Shear Pazaz.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Bullard and M. F. Futch, Jr.

Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Wesley Futch and Lori of Ludowici and Joshua Porter and Jennifer of New Orleans, LA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Lou Baxter and Revis of Ludowici and Connie Moore and Curt of Isle of Wight; brother and sister-in-law, Mike Futch and Julia of Ludowici; grandchildren, Brandon, Ridge, Scarlett and Jax; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 3 at 7 PM in the Howard Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Robert Long officiating.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to services in the chapel.

Remembrances are suggested to charity of donor’s choice.
