Eulonia – Maggie Lee Walker Sapp, 86, died peacefully Friday, April 16, 2021 at her home with her loving daughter and granddaughter by her side.  She was born in McIntosh County to Newton and Daisy Young and lived there most of her life.  She previously worked at Bluestein’s Market and Altama Delta Corporation and was a great cook and homemaker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, James Walker and Roger Sapp, and daughter, Lorraine Walker.

She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Elaine Bradley of Townsend; granddaughter, Amy Bailey, as well as numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Monday, April 19 at 10-30 AM at Youngs Island Cemetery with Rev. Danny Stilwell officiating.  Family will receive visitors at the cemetery thirty minutes prior to the service.

Active pallbearers will be Michael Boone, Robert “Amos” Easlic, Randy Walker, Jimmy Walker, Michael Walker, and Larry Walker.

Brandy (Maggie's special daughter) and family - May God bless you all in your time of grief and loss. Maggie was a special lady that was loved by all!

Brandi and family, so sorry to hear  of Aunt Maggie Lee's passing.. Won't be able to attend services, but my prayers will be with all of you. Please give me a call later, May God give you comfort and peace.

Elaine and Family. I am so sorry to hear that your Mother passed away. I’m so glad you and Amy were able to keep her home and to be there with her til the end. I know y’all are at Peace now knowing she is not struggling anymore and that she is in a better place. Stay strong and cherish i you our Memories because there is no love like a Mother’s love. Take care.
