Kimberly (Ricks) Tirrell

Ludowici – Kimberly Anne Tirrell, 61, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at her home.  Born in Atlanta, she lived in Liberty and Long Counties most of her life.  She was a caregiver to many, including her family.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, and was an animal lover.

Survivors are her daughters, Mandy Griffis (Rob) of Ludowici and Sara Shogan (Paul) of Simpsonville, SC; son, Shane Wells (Danielle) of Ludowici; sisters, Debbie Bradley (John Lloyd) of Hinesville and Lisa Wells of St. Marys; brother, Michael Ricks (Sally) of Ludowici; 5 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 25, at 2 PM at Howard Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Howard officiating. 

Visitation will be from 1-2 PM prior to services at the funeral home.
