Karen Davis Obituary

Jesup – Karen Ann (Bohnenblusch) Davis, 56, passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at Memorial Health in Savannah.  She was born and raised in Brentwood, NY and had lived in Georgia since 1994.  She worked as a paraprofessional in Long County for two years and at James E. Bacon Elementary School in Wayne County the past seventeen years. She had a special place in her heart for special needs children.  She enjoyed time at the beach and going on cruises with her family and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was Catholic.

Survivors are her husband of 28 years, Jamie Davis of Jesup; daughter and son-in-law, Erica and Wesley Coberly of Gainesville, GA; son, Kevin Davis of Gainesville, FL; grandson and granddaughter, Wyatt Coberly and Elliot “Ellie” Coberly of Gainesville, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Steve Gibiser of St. James, NY; brothers and sister-in-law, Charles Bohnenblusch of NC, and John and Lisa Bohnenblusch of NY; mother-in-law, Marie Aikman of Ludowici; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Arthur and Janemarie Davis, Kelly and Debbie Davis, and Lee and Susan Davis all of Ludowici;

Visitation will be Thursday, July 26 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 27 at 2 PM at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gabe Gill officiating.
