Hinesville - Jeffrey Palmer McIntosh, 60, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at his home under the care of his family and Sun Care Hospice. As a Baptist, his true pride was family. Jeff was a cherished son, wonderful husband, amazing father, and loving grandfather. He always put his family first. A veteran, carrying on his father’s legacy, owned and operated Dee’s Electrical for 25 years, along with multiple other businesses. Being a lifelong resident of Liberty County, he loved his community. One of his greatest passions is youth sports. After many years of coaching several sports teams, he started the Hinesville Roadrunners track team. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, grilling, golfing, and traveling with the ones he loved. He was always the one willing to help family, friends, and strangers. He was preceded in death by his sisters-in-law, Becky Butler Eastwood, and JoAnn McIntosh, brother-in-law, Rick Harrison, and grandson, Cash Moon.
Survivors are his wife Page Butler McIntosh of Hinesville; sons Jeffrey McIntosh (Candice) of Hinesville, and Paul McGowan (Rubby) of Paris, Tennessee; daughters Krysta McIntosh of Hinesville, Keri Nielsen of Cleveland, Ohio, and Chelsea Moon (Josh) of Ludowici; MaKayla McIntosh and 15 other grandchildren; parents, D. L. and Mary-Ann McIntosh of Shellman Bluff; sisters, Tiana McIntosh - Harrison of Hinesville and Gina Harrell (William) of Shellman Bluff; brother David “Dee” McIntosh of Hinesville; and several nieces and nephews.
