Jane (Renfroe) McDuffie

Jacksonville, FL – Emma Jane McDuffie, 73, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024, in Jacksonville.  Born in Tampa, FL, she traveled with her husband during his ministry, living most of that time in Long County.  Along with supporting him, she worked as a retail clothing manager and as a bus monitor.  Mrs. McDuffie was also a talented singer, artist, gardener, and seamstress.  She was a faithful and loving wife and mother and servant of her Lord, and a member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband of 56 years, Elder Gene McDuffie of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Jennifer Warnock (William) of Madison, MN; son, Jason McDuffie (Tonya) of Jacksonville; brother, Howard Renfroe, Jr. of Ormand Beach, FL; one grandson, Austin Vaughn of Orlando, FL.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, April 10 at 11 AM at Howard Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Weldon officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to services.
