Townsend – Jane Estelle Wallace Denison, 66, died Thursday, February 11, 2021 at her home under the care of her family and Hearth Hospice.  A native of McIntosh County, she lived there most of her life.  She worked at Altama Delta for several years, King and Prince Seafood in Brunswick, Days Inn in Eulonia and was a homemaker, loving mother, nana, aunt, and sister.  She attended Youngs Island Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Denison.

Survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Brad Workmaster of Riceboro, Ashley and Charlie Rowe of Townsend, and Mary Denison of Macon; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nita and Terry Huggins of Statesboro, Connie and Tom Rowe of Townsend, Delores and Buddy Phillips of Darien; brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Phyllis Wallace of Townsend; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Saturday, February 13 at 3 PM at Wallace-Deverger Cemetery with Rev. Danny Stilwell officiating.  

Visitation will be Friday, February 12 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
