Harry Davis

Townsend – Harry P. “Noody” Davis, 84, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024, at his residence.  Born in Long County, he lived in McIntosh County most of his life.  He worked for many years as a logger and was a commercial fisherman.  An avid outdoorsman, he was a dedicated hog hunter and was Church of God by faith.  His siblings, Lou Ellen, Geraldine, Pauline, Runnel, Joann, Jack, and Christopher preceded him in death.

Survivors are several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 13 beginning at 2 PM at Howard Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery in Long County.
