Guy Gould

Ludowici – Guy Francis Gould, 56, died Friday, August 13, 2021, at Memorial Health in Savannah.  Born in Johnson City, New York, he lived in Long County since 1991, was retired from the US Army with twenty-three years of service, and a proud transgender woman.  He enjoyed fishing, motorcycle riding, and spending time with the people he loved.  He was preceded in death by his father, Francis Gould.

Survivors are his wife, Debra Gould of Ludowici; sons and daughters-in-law, Jason and Charity Cox of Timmonsville, SC, and Jeremy and Jenny Cox of Ludowici; mother, CarolAnne Gould of Binghamton, NY; sisters and brother-in-law, Christine and Ben White of McDonough, NY, and Catherine Gould of Binghamton; brother, Wade Gould of Ludowici; grandchildren, Savannah, Connor, Layna, Cori, and Aili; numerous nieces, nephews, bonus children and grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services will be held with a drop-in at the family residence on Saturday, October 2.

Remembrances are suggested to the VA or LGBTQ.
