Grace Idell (McLamb) Rewis

Claxton – Grace Idell Rewis, 81, died Friday, October 23, 2020 at her home under the care of her family and Ogeechee Area Hospice.  She was born in Gum Branch and lived in Evans County most of her life.  A homemaker, she was dedicated to her family and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was preceded in death by two daughters, Connie Anderson, and Lynn Hederson.

Survivors are her daughters, Charlene Carnes of Chambersburg, PA, Barbara Todd and Kevin Dixon of Claxton, and Beth Bradley of Glennville; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Sandra Todd of Jesup; eleven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Monday, October 26 at 11 AM in the Wells Family Cemetery in Gum Branch with Rev. Keith Dixon officiating.

Family will receive friends at the cemetery.
