Grace Altman

On this 29 day of March 2026, Mary Grace Altman went home to Glory, at Magnolia Manor in Midway.  Grace was born and raised in Folkston, GA, to Marion (Bud) and Minnie Lloyd Altman on November 7, 1931.  She chose to remain single and enjoy traveling.  After many years, she decided to move back to Georgia to help care for her sister, Martha Davis (Mrs. James Davis).

Survivors are her nieces, Debbie (Jeff) Abrahamson of Ludowici, GA, and Lesa Creech of Jacksonville, FL, and her nephew, Jim Davis of Metter, GA.  Special thanks to her dear friends and caregivers, Lynn and Doris Chavis of Walthourville, GA.  Because of the sincere care of Lynn, Doris, and Debbie, Grace was allowed to live a long life at home until recently.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 9, at 6:30 pm at Crossroads Holy Church of God.
