Frankie Davis

Darien – Charles Franklin “Frankie” Davis, 48, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Brunswick.  He was born in Jesup and lived in McIntosh County all his life.  He was a carpenter most of his life, working alongside his brothers.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Hayden L. “Hoss”, Sr. and Lorise Rowe Davis, and his siblings, Sandy Rowe Scherrer, Clint Rowe, and Greg Rowe.

Survivors are his daughters, Elizabeth Tanner Davis-Insalaco and Josie Brooke Davis-Insalaco of Blackshear; sons, Bruce Wyatt Davis and Cooper Franklin Davis of Blackshear; sisters, Wilma Monroe of Darien and Loretta Owens of Townsend; brothers, Clay Rowe of Gum Branch, David “Sunny” Rowe and Shane Davis of Brantley County, and Hayden “Smitty” Davis, Jr. of Crescent; aunt, Pauline Jacobs of Darien; several nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life services will be held by the family.
