Donna Lee (Phillips) Provost

Ludowici – Donna Lee Provost, 66, died Thursday, October 21, 2021, at her residence after a sudden illness.  Born and raised in Rhode Island, she lived in numerous places around the world, settling in Long County in 2011.  She earned a bachelor’s degree and went on to teach special education for many years before working as a photographer and was a published artist.  Donna was devoted to her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, was Catholic by faith, and predeceased by her father, Michael Phillips, and sister, Debbie Moore.

Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Aaron Brant of Ludowici; son and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Elizabeth Siller of Warwick, RI; mother, Theresa Phillips of Warwick; sisters and brothers-in-law, Denise and Ron Cohen of Fallbrook, CA, Diane and John McCabe of Warwick; brother, Michael Phillips of West Kingston, RI; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held in December in Rhode Island.
