Donna Lou (Jochumsen) Odom

72, passed away Monday, February 10, 2025, at her residence.  Born in Tampa, FL, she lived in Miami, FL until the mid-90s, and in Ocala, FL up until a year and a half ago, when she moved in with her son and daughter-in-law in Ludowici.  She loved to help her church in Ocala with the soup kitchen, and anything else her church needed.  When she moved to Ludowici, she enjoyed attending the Senior Center and doing jumbo book crossword puzzles in her free time.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Louise Willis Jochumsen.

Survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Jessica Odom of Ludowici; brothers and sisters-in-law, Randy and Winnie Jochumsen of Gainesville, FL, Douglas and Diana Jochumsen of Ocala, FL, and David Jochumsen of Tampa, FL; grandchildren, Nicholas Odom of Athens, GA and Zachary Odom of Columbia, SC; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, at Howard Funeral Home.
