Midway – Mary Will “Dolly” O’Quinn, 93, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, in Savannah. A native of Sylvania, she was raised in Savannah where she attended Commercial High School and lived in Liberty County since 1972. She retired from Liberty Regional Medical Center as a Pharmacy Technician and was an avid bowler in several leagues for over 40 years. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, and more recently was a member of Wilmington Island Methodist Church. Her husband of 67 years, Donald O’Quinn, Sr., daughter, Janet Murray, siblings, Joyce Maddox, Louise O’Dell, Hazel Loper, and David Blackburn, and sister-in-law, Robin Blackburn, preceded her in death.
Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Donald O’Quinn, Jr. and Melinda of Savannah, Richard O’Quinn and Carol of Calahan, FL, and Matt O’Quinn and Leann of Hinesville; son-in-law, Randy Murray and wife Donna of Jacksonville, FL; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, July 6 at 10 AM at Midway Baptist Church with Rev. J. C. Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Daniel Baptist Cemetery in Richmond Hill.
Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to services at the church.
Active Pallbearers will be grandsons.
