David Tolliver

Ludowici – David Kenneth Tolliver, 77, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2024, at his home.  A native of Green Cove, VA, he lived in Long County for the past 15 years.  He retired after 38 years of service with Verizon as a program writer and was a US Army veteran serving two tours in Vietnam. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and won numerous black powder awards.  He was a member of First Baptist Ludowici where he served as a sound technician, among other service areas.

Survivors are his wife, Frances “Fran” Tolliver of Ludowici; children, Jason Tolliver of Edgewater, MD, Justin Tolliver of Kent Island, MD, Jacquelyn Johns (David) of Bradenton, FL, and Mark Marshall (Jini) of Boone, NC; 3 grandchildren.

Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, October 26 at 11 AM at First Baptist Ludowici with Rev. Eric Rentz officiating.
