Damaris (Carrasquillo) Oquendo

Ludowici – Damaris C. Oquendo, 72, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at her home.  She was born in Brooklyn NY and has lived in Long County since 2000.  She enjoyed watching her shows and playing computer games.  She loved coffee and most of all her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Oquendo; sister, Alice Petri; brother, Joseph Carrasquillo; and granddaughter, Ariel Barnes. 

Survivors are her daughter, Rachel Ramos of Ludowici; son and daughter-in-law, Judex Ramos (Sarah) of Ludowici; sisters, Elba Nieves of Florida, Dory Quijano of Florida, and Leticia Smith of Hinesville; brother, Ruben Carrasquillo of Florida; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
