Christopher Davis

Townsend – Christopher C. Davis, 73, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024, in McIntosh County.  Born in Ludowici, he lived in McIntosh County most of his life.  He was a commercial shrimper and enjoyed the outdoors.  He was Church of God by faith and was preceded in death by his siblings, Lou Ellen, Geraldine, Pauline, Runell, Joann, and Jack.

Survivors are his companion, Tonya Bryant of Townsend; brother, Harry P. Davis of Townsend; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 4, from 2-4 PM at Howard Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery in Long County.
