Carmen Echevarria-Aponte

Ludowici – Carmen Matilde Echevarria, 80, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, under the care of her family and GHC Hospice.  Born in Puerto Rico, she lived most of her life in Brooklyn, NY, and in Long County since May of this year.  She was a homemaker who cherished time spent with family and traveling.  She was a Catholic by faith and was preceded in death by her daughter, Carmen Ann Lebron.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services and burial will be in New York.
