Ludowici – Blanca Alicia (Beltrán) Ramos, 73, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025, in Savannah.  Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she had lived in numerous cities around the world while her husband was in the U.S. Army before settling down in Hinesville, GA, in 1989.  She was a very active person and enjoyed all sports, especially softball, volleyball, bowling, and running track.  She liked to dance, watch novelas, play dominoes, do puzzles, and play her favorite game, Solitaire. She was known for dressing well and keeping everyone fed with her amazing cooking.  She loved and cared for her family, but she would also be quick to keep them all in line.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Ginorio and Herminia Melendéz Beltrán; and her brother, Ginorio Betrán. 

Survivors are her husband of over 50 years, Eligio Salvador Ramos Garay; daughters, Vanessa Beltrán Ramos and Blanca Alicia Ramos (Neal Brown) of Hinesville; son, Orci Luis Ramos (Jennifer Ramos) of Hinesville; sisters, Lucrecia Ortiz, Luz Divina Beltrán , Maria Beltrán, and Margarita Beltrán; grandchildren, Carlos Laboy (Samantha Laboy) of California, Stephanie Welch (Nicolas Welch) of California, Naomi Higginbotham (Jerrod Higginbotham) of Ludowici, Lucero Rodriguez of Hinesville, Armando Sams, Yesenia Ramos, Antonio Ramos all of Hinesville, Damien Ramos of South Carolina, Jasmine Ramos, Javier Ramos, Juliana Ramos, Dashawn Mann and Aniya Mann all of Atlanta; and great-grandchildren, Helene, Yihneece, Camryn, Ziere, Sophia, Elijah, Antonio Jr., Leilani, Damien, Jr., Mateo, Uriah, and baby Nico on the way. 

Funeral services will be on Monday, December 29, at 10:30 AM at Saint Stephen Catholic Church in Hinesville.  Visitation will be one hour prior at the church.  Burial will follow at the Georgia Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Glennville. 

Active pallbearers will be Orci Ramos, Neal Brown, Sr. Antonio Ramos, Armando Sams, Jerrod Higginbotham, Damien Ramos, and Javier Ramos, Akceennia Johnson, Darius Francis.
