Bill Kidd

William H. “Bill” Kidd 80, passed away March 3, 2023, at

his home in Modesto CA. Bill was born in Unadilla, Ga on

September 3, 1942, to William T. and Emma W. Kidd. He

was of the Baptist faith. He graduated from Reidsville High

School in 1960 and went on to spend many years in the military.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his son, William Tollie

Kidd.

Survivors include his wife, Melodia E. Kidd; son, John H. Warren (Jennifer); daughters,

Janet Pointer (Johnie) and Kristi Canterberry; stepsons, Yohan E. Rama (Julie) and

Joval E. Rama; granddaughters, Nicole Schroeder

(Christopher) and Morgan Anderson (Geoff); great-

Granddaughters, Talia and Stella; brothers John T. Kidd (Connie) and

Harold A. Kidd (Jane), and sister Laura Sue Dismuke.

Memorial service to be held by the family on April 2, 2023, at 1 PM at the Glennville City Cemetery.
