Betty Polk Obituary

Crescent – Betty Louise Polk, 85, died Saturday, November 20, 2021, at SEGHS Brunswick Campus. A native of Starke, FL, she lived in Yulee, FL for many years and in McIntosh County most of her life. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, and grandmama, and member of Crescent Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Polk and daughter, Janie Thomas.

Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Jody and Keith Jenkins of Crescent; son, Patrick Hope of Crescent; grandchildren, Daniel (Rhonda) Jenkins, Jennifer (Daniel) Rowe, Adam Thomas, and Jennie Thomas; eight great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Friday, November 26 at 3 PM from Crescent Baptist Church with Rev. David Riddle officiating.
