Hinesville – Aaron Scott VanAlstine, 52, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, in Savannah.  Born in Auburn, NY, he lived there, in FL for several years, and in GA for the past eighteen years.  Over the course of his life, he worked in auto body repair, the swimming pool industry, and as a plumber.  He was an upstate New Yorker, full of speed, and loved his GTOs.  He was a member of Gum Branch Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father, Kevin VanAlstine, and grandmother, Mannie Johnson.

Survivors are his daughter, Chloe Shay of Port Charlotte, FL; mother, Emma Emmons of Hinesville; sister, Donna VanAlstine; niece, Courtney Watson and nephew, Lewis Watson; great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will be held in New York.
