Sarah (Love) Hayslip

Ludowici – Sarah Joan Hayslip, 81, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Coastal Manor in Ludowici.  She was born in Savannah and lived there most of her life, then moved to Jesup and eventually Darien in 1998. She had worked as a private nursing assistant and was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, attending in Darien the last 16 years, and loved both her family and church family.  She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jacob Morgan.

Survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law, Karla and Allen Morgan of Eagle Mountain, UT, and Cynthia and Melvin Padgett of Darien; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby Neal and Michelle Hayslip of Darien; 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Howard Funeral Home Tuesday, April 10 beginning at 10:30 AM, followed by graveside services at 12 noon in the Pigott Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with President Richard Padgett officiating.
