Lorraine Walker Obituary

Townsend – Helen Lorraine Walker, 56, passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick. Born in Brunswick July 3, 1963, she was raised in McIntosh County and lived there most of her life. She was a homemaker and preceded in death by her father, James Walker, and step-father, Roger Sapp.

Survivors are her daughter and son-in-law, Brandi Tomlinson and Preston of Townsend; sons and daughters-in-law, James Davis and April of Guyton, Fred English and Jennifer of Godwin, NC, and Christopher English of Darien; mother, Maggie Lee Sapp of Townsend; significant other, Joe Clinard of Valona; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine Bradley and Tommy of Darien; nieces, Amy Tyson Bailey and Lucy; nine grandchildren and three great-nieces, Melaine Bailey, Sailina Younce and Stella Younce; two great-nephews, Daniel Bailey and Dylan Tyson.

Celebration of Life service will be held Sunday, July 28 at 2 PM at the American Legion Post #137 in Darien.
