Jesup – Joseph Brady Clark, 39, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at his home. He was born in Hinesville and raised on Tybee Island where he lived most of his life. He had worked as a stone mason and landscaper, owning his own business for several years. He was a skilled hunter, avid surfer, and lover of nature and animals. He was also gifted as a Christian musician. He loved his Lord and served him as a member of The Sanctuary in Savannah and was blessed with a giving heart and spirit. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harry and Mary Chapman and M. F. and Lollie Clark.
Survivors are his wife, Sarah Smith Clark; sons, Justice Brady Clark and Jonah Israel Clark, all of Jesup; step-sons, Jacob and Hudson of Savannah; parents, Kimberly Chapman Clark of Ludowici and Nicky Clark and Cindy of Midway; brothers, Samuel “Chap” Clark of Ludowici and Nicholas M. Clark of Pooler. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 12 at 11 AM at First Baptist Church in Ludowici with Rev. Eric Rentz and Rev. Todd McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in Jones Creek Memorial Gardens.
