Ludowici – Daniel Foster Quintero, 21, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at his home. Born in Colorado, he had lived in Long County most of his life, was a 2016 graduate of Long County High School and a gifted musician. He played numerous instruments in the high school band and drums at First Baptist Ludowici while in the youth group. He was in Heavy Hitters, Inc. as a drummer and won grand champion in South Carolina. He was employed with IHOP in Hinesville.
Survivors are his Dad and Mom, David Carmichael and Dancy Wear of Ludowici; brother, Dominick Torres of Jacksonville, FL; grandparents, Janice Anderson and Otto Cook of Townsend and Northern Anderson of Ludowici; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 19 at 6 PM in the chapel of Howard Funeral Home with Rev. John Brown officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services in the chapel.
